Serie A streams on Paramount+ in 2026-27, but nobody has announced where it will stream in English from 2027-28. CBS's deal ends after this season and the league plans to sell its US rights again. In Spanish, Telemundo already has Serie A through 2028-29.
What is confirmed for 2026-27?
CBS Sports exercised a one-year extension. It covers 420 matches: all 380 Serie A games on Paramount+, at least 20 Coppa Italia matches and every Supercoppa Italiana match. Selected games also air on CBS, CBS Sports Network and CBS Sports Golazo Network. Paramount+ Essential costs $8.99/month.
What happens after 2026-27?
| 2026-27 | 2027-28 onward | |
|---|---|---|
| English rights | CBS / Paramount+ | Not yet announced |
| Spanish rights | Telemundo / Universo / Peacock | Telemundo through 2028-29 |
Sports Business Journal reported the extension kept roughly the same terms as the 2024 renewal, valued "in the low eight figures" a year, well below the roughly $75M a year CBS paid from 2021. Serie A, unlike La Liga, the Bundesliga and Ligue 1, has no agency selling its US rights. We'll update this page when a deal is announced.
Should I buy an annual Paramount+ plan?
Through May 2027, yes, if you'll watch weekly. $89.99 covers the full 2026-27 season. Don't count on Serie A being there after that.
