Privacy policy

Last updated October 17, 2026. How to Watch Soccer USA ("we") runs howtowatchsoccerusa.com, a free guide to watching soccer legally on US TV and streaming. We keep data collection to a minimum: there are no accounts, no logins and no advertising trackers on this site.

What we collect

Nothing you type. The site has no forms that send data to us. The club picker and cost calculator run entirely in your browser.
Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard request data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Browser storage. We save two small values in your browser's local storage: your light or dark theme choice, and whether you have seen or dismissed the newsletter popup. They never leave your device and you can clear them at any time.

The free newsletter is run by beehiiv. If you subscribe, beehiiv stores your email address and standard email engagement data on our behalf. A small beehiiv script on our pages attributes signups to the page they came from. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Affiliate links

Some links to streaming services and jersey retailers are affiliate links. If you click one, the retailer or affiliate network (for example Awin or FlexOffers) may set its own cookies to credit the referral. Their privacy policies apply on their sites. We never receive your payment details.

Calendar feeds

Team calendar feeds (.ics) are static files. Subscribing does not create an account or share your calendar with us.

Children

The site is a general-audience sports guide and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices and contact

You can block cookies and clear local storage in your browser settings, and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Questions about privacy? See our contact page.
